What is the standard shipping time for bikes and accessories?
Standard shipping for accessories usually takes 3-5 business days. For complete bicycles, please allow 7-12 business days as they undergo a professional safety inspection and partial disassembly before being securely crated for transport.
Do my items come with a warranty?
Yes, all new bicycles sold by Cycle Obsession come with a manufacturer's warranty on the frame and components. Specific warranty lengths vary by brand, typically ranging from one year to a limited lifetime warranty on frames.
What is your return policy for gear and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and installed technical components cannot be returned once they have been used.
Will my bicycle arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We include a basic tool kit and instructions, but we recommend professional assembly for optimal performance.
Do you offer financing options for high-end builds?
Yes, we partner with several financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select your preferred financing option at checkout to see if you qualify for 0% APR or low-interest terms.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal. For large freight shipments (complete bikes), the carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery window.
